About Event

🎵 Overview

On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2026, NSS Unit 1, Gautam Buddha University invites students from all institutions to participate in the Yoga Photography & Video Challenge. Participants are required to submit self-clicked yoga photographs or a short yoga video demonstrating yoga postures and highlighting the benefits of yoga. Theme: Yoga for Healthy Ageing This competition aims to promote awareness about yoga, wellness, healthy living, and active ageing through creativity and self-expression.
