About
I’m a cybersecurity enthusiast with a strong interest in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and networking. I enjoy understanding how systems and networks work, how cyberattacks happen, and how organizations can detect, prevent, and respond to security threats.
I have hands-on experience with cybersecurity projects involving Wazuh, SIEM-based monitoring, brute-force attack detection, File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), and network security. I’m also developing my knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, threat detection, vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence, and security monitoring.
I’m continuously learning security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, OWASP Top 10, and SANS/CIS security practices.
My goal is to build a career in Cybersecurity, SOC Operations, Cloud Security, or Network Security, while continuously improving my technical skills and gaining real-world experience.
Core Interests:
Cybersecurity • Cloud Computing • Networking • SOC Operations • SIEM • Threat Detection • Incident Response • Vulnerability Assessment • Threat Intelligence • Network Security
Projects
Wazuh-Based SOC Implementation (Team Project)
Implemented a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment using Wazuh for centralized security monitoring, threat detection, and endpoint visibility. As part of the team, I worked on configuring security monitoring and analyzing alerts generated from endpoint activity. The project focused on detecting brute-force attacks and monitoring unauthorized or suspicious changes to important files using File Integrity Monitoring (FIM). We analyzed security events and alerts to understand attacker activity and improve incident detection. Key Areas: Wazuh SIEM and security monitoring Brute-force attack detection File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) Security alert analysis Endpoint monitoring Log analysis and incident investigatio
C2 Server Simulation Project (Team Project)
Developed a Command and Control (C2) server simulation to understand how attackers communicate with compromised systems and how C2 infrastructure can be detected from a defensive security perspective. The project involved setting up a controlled environment where a simulated client could communicate with the C2 server and perform predefined commands. This helped us understand C2 communication, attacker techniques, network traffic analysis, and the importance of monitoring suspicious connections. Key Areas: C2 server and client communication Command and Control concepts Network communication and traffic analysis Attacker behavior simulation Threat detection and monitoring Cybersecurity lab environment
