Smart Community Health Monitoring System is a web-based healthcare management system designed to digitize and simplify healthcare services. The system provides separate dashboards for Patients, Doctors, Nurses, and Administrators, with role-based access to ensure secure management of healthcare information. Patients can manage health records, book appointments, view lab reports, track vaccinations, receive medicine reminders, and send emergency alerts. Doctors can view patient information, manage appointments, provide diagnoses, and create prescriptions. Nurses can update vital signs, vaccination details, medicine schedules, and nursing notes. Administrators can manage users, monitor activities, and generate reports. The project uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend and Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage for secure authentication and cloud-based data management. The main purpose of the project is to reduce paperwork, improve communication, provide faster access to medical information, and enhance overall healthcare management.
